Each unit boasts private balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee or take in the sunset over the ocean. And with shopping, dining, and entertainment options just moments away, you'll never be far from the action.

Please note, this is a no-smoking property, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Guests must also adhere to maximum occupancy rules and age restrictions, as well as responsible management of parking passes, pool passes, and key cards.

Remember to bring your own beach towels, beach umbrellas and sun lotions are not provided.

The renovated primary bedroom offers a palatial spa bathroom with a walk-in gorgeous shower, along with a large screen TV and a comfy king-size bed for the ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a tub/shower near, in-room large screen TV and nightstands on each side of the bed. All bedroom nightstands have USB charging ports on the nightstands.

NOTE: The person who reserves the unit must be the one occupying it, and subletting is not permitted.

POLICIES/HOUSE RULES
• No Smoking.
• Children: 0-17 allowed
• No parties or events.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay the night.
• Additional key cards, pool/fitness center wristbands are not available for guests.
• You need to know:
o Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on property and owners’ policy.
o Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
o NOTE: There is a couch in the living room and it is not to be used as a sleeper couch but it is to be used as a COUCH ONLY/
• Owners and resort are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items from
your unit, vehicle(s), or from the pool areas.
• You will be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to the rental
property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• You are responsible for your guest behavior and adherence to these rules and
policies. This includes any problems, issues, loss, or theft caused by your guests or
that happens to your guests.
• No more than 4 unregistered guests at a time (guests must use overflow parking
across the street labeled for Seaside)
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM.
• Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to registered guests only, which includes children (6 maximum).
• There is a maximum of 4 daytime visitors, which also includes children. Daytime visitors are prohibited from spending the night.
• Non-Smoking Property (including no smoking of any substance or vaping in the unit and on thebalcony).
• Balcony
o Balcony seating is provided (plastic chairs & small table). No other seating is allowed.
o Dishes, utensils, glass drinkware, or cookware is prohibited on balcony.
o No towels or clothing allowed on the balcony. Please use the dryer.
• Linens, pillows, or bed covers are to remain inside the unit only.
• Towels are for use in the unit only. Towels are provided at the pools. Please bring your own beach towels.
• No grills or grilling allowed on the property.

Parking

• Registered guests are allowed two parking passes to park in the high-rise (ground floor – 4th floor) and in the parking lot across the street marked Seaside Resort.
• YOU MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS VISIBLE IN THE FRONT WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE(S) AT ALL TIMES.
• Guests assumes liability for any fines or fees for not following the parking instructions.

Water features and fitness room ( indoor and outdoor )
• Pools and Fitness areas are open from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Each guest must have a wristband on their wrist while in either of these areas.
• Towels are available at the pool area.
• Fitness Room: You must be 16 years or older. No sand or wet clothing allowed.
• Fitness Room: Your room keycard is used to enter the fitness room.
