About this property

The Ground Floor unit is nestled away in a private oasis but still in a central location. The house is only less 10 mins from YVR Airport and 22 minutes from Downtown Vancouver. The house is only 18 minutes from UBC and less than 15 minutes from several golf courses.

Please note that the unit does NOT have a stove. It has a fridge, toaster, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle.

Absolutely no parties since we live at the house. Our quiet hours are 8 am - 9:30 pm.
The space
There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the unit. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds.

The living room is filled with books and games. The kitchenette has a bar-style table with a fridge, toaster, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The unit does not have a stove.
Other things to note
Please no parties in the house. We live in a quiet residential area.

Inaccurate listing

My stay was alright because i traveled with adults and we spent most of our time outdoors. We were OK with many of the surprises that awaited us. Here are some: No cups, glasses, plates, bowls, even tho the listed specified there was no stove, I expected basic dinnerware and cutlery. No washer/dryer in the unit even tho its listed Bare minimum on towels, blankets and pillows No soap for showers, no wifi passwd listed One shower did not work Guest was helpful and accommodating but i had to contact her for each thing and that surprised me. Sometimes it took multiple attempts. While our stay was pleasant, it seems this property is up for sale and host maynot be too interested in the vacation rental business. The property is lovely but old. The unit was quite big and spacious and located on a busy road. No sidewalk on this road to walk to a bus stop, so ended up using rideshare. Otherwise good place.
